B. Response to Infringement Notifications

C. Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may notify the original complainant. Unless legal action is initiated within 10 to 14 business days, the content in question may be restored.
Important: Misrepresenting material as infringing (or wrongly filing a counter-notice) may result in liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, including potential damages and attorney’s fees.
